BCAA Blitz Powder

BCAA Blitz is the combination of the essential amino acids leucine, iso-leucine and valine (BCAA). These three amino acids make up approximately 1/3 of the skeletal muscle in the human body. BCAA’s play a very important role in protein synthesis, reducing muscle soreness and aiding in muscle recovery.
